Solar panels top home-buyer's wishlist

A recent survey by mortgage provider ING Direct has found that solar panels topped the wishlist of bonus features that buyers look for with a huge 38%.

This is something that many in the industry has believed for a while as any sane person would welcome regular payments from the Government and cheaper electricity at their new home.
